A heated swimming pool, a playground around the corner from your tiny house, and endless greenery to play in: here, a summer day lasts nice and long. And while the children are having fun, you sit on your own terrace with a book and a cool drink.<\/p>\n<h2>The swimming pool: at a lovely temperature every morning<\/h2>\n<p>Let&#039;s be honest: for children, the question &quot;is there a swimming pool?&quot; can make or break a holiday. We do, and a nice one at that: ours. <a href=\"https:\/\/debollen.nl\/en\/wat-is-er-te-doen\/zwembad-speeltuin\/\">heated swimming pool<\/a> It is open from May through September and is kept at around 28 degrees. So even on a grey Dutch summer day, the water is just lovely. A morning dip before breakfast, an afternoon of splashing, a quick swim before going to bed: it is all possible, because the pool is within walking distance of all the tiny houses.<\/p>\n<p>You will find our playground next to the swimming pool. While the little ones climb and slide, you can effortlessly keep an eye on them from the bench \u2014 or simply join in, that is allowed too.<\/p>\n<h2>Sleeping in a tiny house: an adventure in itself<\/h2>\n<p>For children, staying overnight in a tiny house is an experience in itself: their own little house, compact and cozy, with everything you need. Buitengoed de Bollen features five tiny houses \u2014 De Rooij Ackers, De Groene Ackers, De Stille Ackers, De Bolle Ackers, and De Weide Ackers \u2014 plus the guest room &#039;t Bakhuisje. Because the park is so small-scale, it is quiet and easy to keep an eye on: children can play safely outside, and you are on vacation as soon as you open the door. Rent the hot tub or the outdoor oven as well. Baking pizzas with the kids and bubbling under the starry sky in the evening \u2014 chances are this will be *the* holiday story they tell at school.<\/p>\n<h2>Exploring the area around Oirschot<\/h2>\n<p>Looking for something other than swimming? Beautiful nature surrounds Oirschot: the Kampina and the Oirschotse Heide are perfect for a walk or bike ride with the family. You can rent a city bike from us for \u20ac15 per day, and if you want to go a bit further or be more active, a Scott e-gravel bike is ready for you for \u20ac60 per day. Sit down on a terrace and grab an ice cream at De Dames op de Markt \u2014 you\u2019ll have worked off that bike ride in no time. And thanks to the central location between Eindhoven, Tilburg, and Den Bosch, trips to the city are easily arranged as well.
